most likely 140 or so due to draq and lack of torque to go faster

I believe with an f22 tranny you can hit around 115mph in third.
4th 156mph 5th 200mph

but with the longer gears from the f22 I am not sure if the h22 can pull through.

I am thinking up in the 150mph range if you have a long enough run maybe.
I hit 135mph with an h23 and f22 tranny. (no Flaming after this.)

I am not saying to do this because It should not be done on a public road.

Depending on the ECM, Tuning and other intangables we don't want to get into here, basically it's like this:
The F22's (Accord) Transmissions are geared higher (Lower final drive ratio) for highway cruising and gas milage purposes.
The H22's (Prelude, Accord Type-R) Transmissions are geared lower (Higher Final drive ratio) for accelleration purposes.

You might actually gain very little, since (off the line) the more powerful (at top end) H22 will be working against the taller gearing of the F22 Transmission; and on the top end, the H22 could run out of wind since it may not reach it's power band before rolling and wind resistance puts the kabosh on everything.

Stick with the H22 Tranny with the H22. It's a balanced package. The H22 developes it's power at upper rpm ranges. Considering you're cranking only 3k at 70mph with a F22 Trans, do the H22 a favor and allow it to spin. You'll both be happier.

Considering you're putting this package in the long-admitted Lard *** of the Honda lineup (Accord), it still needs all the help it can get

I looked it up in the '94 accord manual for the auto (page 120). It is as follows:

1st 39mph
2nd 71mph
3rd 103mph
4th top speed (according to car and driver it is drag limited to 130mph)

for the manual (page 116) it is:
1st 33mph
2nd 60mph
3rd 91mph
4th 116mph
5th top speed

where could I find the serial number of the transmission for the F22??? My 5th gear is grinding like a beeeeeacht... and it only spin at the right wheel. I have a 97 EX 5sp, and my friend has a 96 LX 5sp that has both wheels running on the tranny.... ...I envy that so much.... lol
Anyway.... I would like to get a 2wd tranny for F22 and would like to know how could I find out if a tranny is 2wd or 1wd....

You're looking for a 5spd Manual Transmission which is equipped with an LSD. All the stoners out there can calm down, because this means Limited Slip Differential. This is the component which links both front wheels together when pulling.
I've seen them listed in JDM swap packages, and I would presume you'd find them in hi-end models like Accord SiR, Type R and some Preludes.
But fret not, there are supplyers of LSD units to retrofit into an existing Tranny. So you do have options.

thanks man... but the reason I really wanted to change the tranny is because of my 5th gear, and then... might as well get a descent one with 2wd.

Well, why not kill two birds with one stone?
Look into some of these JDM motor "Importer" sites and see if you can hook up with a 5spd JDM H22 w/LSD?
You'd end up with the gearing AND the LSD and you'd also have the Trans in place when you swap in the H22 later
