Default Water on floor of passenger side of car after rain

I have a 2003 Accord and the last 2 times it has rained I have had a lot of water on the rear passenger floor (about an inch). I assume it is a seal around the windo as the window has been closed but I do not see anywhere that the water is leaking in. What else should I be looking for?

Once the car is dry, sit inside and have a friend douse different parts of the car with a garden hose. Then have him rub the car with a soapy washcloth, then rinse the soap off.

Seriously though, you'll find out how water is entering with the garden hose.

Grommets on the firewall, or AC condensate drain, would put water on the FRONT floor. I think sunroof drain tubes would put water in the trunk.

If you can't figure it out with a garden hose, you may have to remove your carpeting. There's plugs in the floorpan from the factory. Maybe one fell out? That might only let water in when it's spraying around from the road.

In any case you'll want to remove the carpeting. If not, it'll take months to dry out. Do ya like the smell of mildew?

If you have a sunroff, blow compressed air down the drain tubes and listen inside the car.
