Get some of that red-stuff, oh so good. Just make sure you don't get it on any of your clothes, **** don't come out.

just put some grease where the Helms tells you to. I believe the Helms says to lubricate the top of the washer where the bolt head seats and the thread of the bolt. Thats what I did.
