Trunk holes
I just recently bought my 99 accord coupe ex and the previous owner took out the spoiler so now there's about 8+ holes in my trunk, makes my car look bad. Would you guys recommend me buying a new oem trunk or repair them? or get a new spoiler? how much do u think it will cost to repair the holes?
Thanks
Thanks

shouldnt cost much at all cause all it would take is bondo, primer, then paint/clearcoat. a local bodyshop should do it for you for pretty cheap

usually you cant use bondo on trunk holes from oem spoilers, you have to weld them, so it costs a little more than you think.

this will look tacky up close, but from a short distance it won't be very noticable...but buy some electrical tape in a similar color to your car and cut perfect squares out of the electrical tape and just tape over the holes...it will be a price effective fix and won't cost a shitload, but again, it won't look the best up close...it will, though, keep the holes from rusting out...

well, if he's talking about eight holes, than it's not gonna be the oem wing or anything close.
the cheapest bet would be a oem replacement that magically matched the color of your car, too bad the chance of it happening is clost to none.
i would advice against the using of bondo on the trunk, they will sink in and break consider the number of time that little bastard got slam daily.
