Default Transmission question

I was wondering if the transmission for the 01 v6 Accord, had a filter or not. If, so how often do I have to change it?

it has an internal filter that requires a rebuild to clean.
why do you ask?

I see, I was just curious if I needed to clean the transmission filter. I change the transmission oil, around every 20K

Yea, but problem is my TBS and TCS is both on and people said that was a bad sign. Also, my D4 light is out, doesn't look to good. I would get it scanned, but the dealer is charging $100+. Is there outside shops that can scan it for less? I was hopeing maybe in just flushing and see if these lights will go away.
