touch-up wheel cover paint
Just purchased a 97 accord lx and the wheel covers could use some touch up paint. Any ideas if it is available at honda dealers or elsewhere?

You have the plastic hubcaps, right? (I have them on my '99 Accord, but the 6th generation uses 15" wheels instead of 14" wheels).
Is so, just buy new ones, they will cost ~ $20 each through the dealership and will make your wheels look like new. If cost is a factor, just replace your two worst looking ones and put the two new ones on the same side.
You could try touchup paint or spray paint for that matter, but it's not going to look good and to get paint to hold onto plastic you'll need a primer.

You'll be suprised at how much a couple of new plastic hubcaps will change the look of the car.
When you go in to the dealer, be sure to know exactly what your hubcaps look like and how many bolts are on your wheel (4, I think), at least for the '99s there were two or three different hubcaps used - may have been just differences between the LXs and EXs, but in any event just know what your hubcaps look like before going in.
