Strange noises coming from engine bay?
Ok, the noise i can't really explain in without making it sound like a cat fell asleep under the hood. when i start my engine and just leave it there its all fine, but once i start reving the ening up it sounds like a siren or even a whistleing type of sound. 
Any ideas to what could be causeing this noise?
