significant vibration
I have a honda accord 91 LX, it seems to vibrate significantly around the dashboard, steering wheel and doors when the AirCon is turned on..... The AirCon also causes the fan belt to squeal and when I try to lubricate the belt, the running of the engine decreases (i.e idling becomes rough and lower than one on the rpm meter). What could the problem be? Idling is normal and smooth when nothing is engaged (Aircon or transmission)
this happens when I engage the car to drive also (my car is equipped with Automatic transmission), gets worse when the AC is turned on again...... any ideas?

Re: significant vibration (day_your)
transmission mount and motor mounts, need to have them looked at with the help of a friend brake torquing it or have a shop do it for you, dont be suprised if they want to sell you 5 mounts.
