Default SH Header on Accord w/ h22

I've heard that you can bolt up a Type SH header onto an Accord cat (or exhaust, dont know which) with a h22 in a 5th gen accord(94-97). Number 1, is this true,2 has anyone done it, and 3, does anyone have any pics of the header/cat flange after everything is bolted up??? Is the flange on both more of a triangle, as compared to the regular h22 header, which is more like the shape of a home plate on a baseball field. just a little more elongated.
Also FYI, i got the information from Sport Compact Car Magazine's website. here is there quote:

"Another option for the exhaust system is to use the Prelude SH header, which comes with an adaptor that allows you to use the original ('94 to '97) exhaust system. With either approach, plenty of shops can supply a freer flowing system so the H22's high end isn't snuffed out."

This is the link to where i got the info from: http://sportcompactcarweb.com/tech/0311scc_hybrid/

Thanks to all in advance!!

If you do in fact get it this above quote is correct, any competent exhaust shop can make almost anything fit...I wish you luck however good luck finding pics of a sh header on a h22 reason being is that people typically upgrade to an aftermarket header (smsp for example).

SCC's H22 into an accord write up is not very good. why on earth would you want to reuse the old cat when you can buy a nice hi-flow 2.25 or 2.5 inch carsound one for under $100 and then you just weld on flanges to mate the with the header you buy. if you get the JDM header just keep that cause it's good.

well the reason being is that i already did the "a reputable exhaust shop can fit anything" part. i got a "universal high flow" cat welded in between my accord exhaust and h22 header and there is no hangers holding anything up from the 2 bolts that hold hte header up to the block all the way to the 2nd piece of the cat back exhaust. well now what it is doing is rattling like a bitch and very loud also and i hate annoyin sounds comin from my car. im just a perfectionist i guess. and plus i can jus gut my cat or get a high flow cat for an accord and bolt it all up that way. i just want to be 110% sure that this combo fits before i go ordering a bunch of stuff.

^ are you sure the problem is not from the the header bracket that attached to the oil pan? if you have a DC or Greddy header they will eventually crack and make a god awful noise.

after fixing it when it broke in about 3 months time, it lasted a yr and i just had the bracket removed when it broke again. so i had nothing bolting it to the block and no hanger was attached either. never had a problem with it afterwards.
