Replacing a TPS sensor on an F22
Does anyone know how to replace the Throttle Position Sensor on an F22, or even if it's possible, or do you have to get a whole new throttle body??

Re: Replacing a TPS sensor on an F22 (seelyd)
what you do is you drill out the old rivet screws that hold on the tps and replace them with normal screws. you can also try to slot the head of the rivet screw and use a screw driver to remove it. or you can use a small chisel and hammer and spin the rivet screw using a tangential hit.
You can replace that tps with most other honda 4 cylinder tps's. (civic, accord, integra) (92-2000 or so). even later then that.

You could get a whole throttle body, including the TPS, for a song from a salvage yard. Just MAKE SURE that you use a good gasket when replacing the TB.
