Radio code help? dealerships are not being helpful at all.
I recently had to replace the battery in my 2000 honda accord, and as a result I lost my radio. I have checked the glove compartment, change holder, passenger and driver side fuse boxes, fuse box under the hood, trunk lid, etc. and have found no stickers indicating the unlock code. I do however have a sticker on my manual with what I believe to be the serial number on it. The serial is:
F00835312
if someone would be able to PM me the unlock code or point me in the right direction to find some help, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

turn the radio off when the car is on.
push and hold the 1 and 6 button simultaneously when turning the key to the accessories position. it should flash the serial code accross the screen

Re: (bonh)
thanks. I'll try rick case honda because none of the ones around here will give it to me over the phone. thanks accordcd, but it's not the serial I need it's the unlock code. also, if anyone on this site has access to this sort of information I would be willing to provide my full name and vin and everything to prove ownership of the vehicle.

Re: (Despot)
try cutting the key off, hold buttons 1 & 6 then cut key on then radio on, that should give you the ser. #, then get that to me. the number you have isn't a valid ser. #
