Default radiator fan stay on while engine off.....until draining the battery

i have a 95 accord 4dr. LX. and the radiator fan is staying on all the time, even when the car is off. the last time it happen i had to jump start the car because it drain the battery. i know that the fan will go on after you turn the engine of, but it just doesn't stop until it drains the battery. I think it might be the sensor. the battery is 2 mths. old and this started last weekend.

i'm pretty sure thats the problem as to where its located i would start by looking in the manual for the sensor. On a 90 accord its located Under hood, passenger side, lower engine area, below distributor, mounted in cylinder head. i dont know if its the same for you car but you can check around there. Its the temp sensor though
if you look at your gauges do you see the temp needle up towards the hot area?
