Uh...the best size wheels you can get are 17x7 or 17x7.5....and you can get your valve cover powdercoated or you can paint it yourself.
This isn't the place for 'sick ideas', we're into the mechanics, busted knuckle kind of stuff, and you seem to be into flashy, so I dunno.

Nope, unless you want 16's on a V6.
Rota GT3s would look ugly as sin on a 6th gen, they'd look all right on a 4th or maybe 5th gen but the 6th is just so big looking....

check your local Sears in their auto department, for some crazy reason, sears seems to carry some bad *** rims, good luck finding the trim there though, they could probably have it ordered, and i believe when you buy it there theyll put them on for free, up to you though, theres plenty of places to order rims, it depends what you mean by SICK, do you want SICK performance, or SICK appearence, if i had a VTEC id probably go for performance before anything

TAS Autoparts offers powdercoated valve covers, Although you'll have to look at their listing. I know they've got the 2.2 versions (both Vtec and non), but I'm not sure about the 2.3.

For the rims, take a look at http://www.tirerack.com , see if anything catches your eye. If you want to go cheap, you can replace those plastic Honda hubcaps for about $18 or so each (I also have a '99 LX and have replaced a couple of my hubcaps).
By the way, how much did you pay and how many miles does it have? Just wanting to get an idea of what my car is worth these days.

By the way, what is the exterior color code? You can find it on the inside of the driver's side door. If it is YR-508M it's not "satin silver", it's, ahem, "Heather Mist" (which is the color of my car).
