Need HELP! small light keeps blowing fuses no dash or tail lights
The other day i installed a 5" autometer tach and when i hooked it up it kept blowing my small light fuse right and left so i unhooked my 5" tach so i put another fuse in it works fine until i hit a bump an then it blows, could there be a short in my dash lights? im tired of blowing fuses right and left the only thing i have left that is hooked up to the tach is the ground wire and the wire that runs to the distributor could that cause my short in my small fuse? please help thanks.

Is the original tach not working? Thats the only reason I can think of why someone would install a separate tach. Other than being a race car which I dought because you post this here.
