Need help!!!
I have a 1999 honda accord with 2.3l. Drove it yesterday with no issued. I parked it for maybe a half hour then went to leave an my car won't start. It just cranks over. I'm getting spark and fuel.. Got it start with starting fluid an it ran fine for a good 30 minutes before I shut it off. I go to start it right back up an it jus cranks. And doesnt really wanna start with fluid now.

Same issue 94 Accord F22b2, (129K miles) and fighting it hard. Coming out of complete engine overhaul, engine started first time, ran until the fans came on, and noted an oil leak from camshaft seal (Hylift Johnson is undersized; replaced with Fel Pro, and no more leak). But then engine would not start again. Compression, timing, spark, and fuel pressure were all good. At wit's end, I had it towed to Honda dealer, where they determined it was bad gas [Last fueling was August; 5 months ago]. Honda drained the tank and added new fuel; engine started right up twice that day and drove home. Started fine the next day- and we drove it to seat the rings. On third day, car would not start at first, but did start two hours later. On fourth day, it would not start at all.
Tonight I just redrained the tank and (with a hand pump and tube) pumped out another ~gallon that remained below the drain, then replaced the fuel filter and added 2 gal. new gas (just below E). It is still not starting.
Fuel pressure is ~40 psi. All four injectors are 'cli-click'ing on every power stroke while cranking. Spark plugs are all moistened after cranking, and it smells like gas.
That slow (over days) drift from running fine to not running- seems like a clue, but I don't know what it is. Maybe all four injectors are fouled?
