Default Fuel / Engine Additives? Good or Bad? What Kind To Use?

Hey - Considering adding some Duralube to my car - Transmission, engine, and fuel systems. Has anyone had any problems with this stuff? Is it a crock, or is it a good idea? If you were gonna put in some of this stuff, what kind would it be? Slick 50? Duralube? etc.?
