there are alot of lips you can get. most popular and rare is the accord SiR lip, but good luck finding and paying for one.
i think go on ebay and get a poly utherane one and you'll be fine, i got a poly-u type r lip and i think it looks good: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW

Since you have a 97 bumper, it can actually look pretty nice if you remove the stock 97 lip and add the 94/95 lip on it, you will have to trim the edges... but it is a quick way (and cheap) to make your car look a little different.
Wings west makes a lip kit also (i personally don't like)...
