Default 91 CB7 a4 with a6 parts (help needed)

Hey there everyone. So I've completely overhauled the a4 in my 91 5spd coupe. Everything from an a6, with h beam rods, low comp pistons, ground crank with a6 cam, springs, intake and IAB setup.

Everything bolted right up, brand new timing components with an 11 lb flywheel and stage two race clutch.

I got the motor together, cam and rockers torqued down.

I have an a6 cam (As stated above) but still have the A4 distributor. For some reason, I cannot get the A4 distributor to go in. I know a1 and a6 are talked about constantly with direct swap, but is there a difference with the A4? I couldn't get the A6 distrubutor, so I tried to use my A4 but it won't seat into the cam. Do I need an A1 or A6 dizzy for it to work? Also, the black and pink wire that comes from the iab actuator (Black box), where can I splice in to get the power source? (My a4 obviously didn't come with IAB.

UPDATE!! Although rocker assembly is torqued down and Cam is fitted snug, the assembly shifted just a hair and so the distributor will not go in properly. I loosened the bolts for the rocker assembly and put the distributor in and then tightened everything down and now it's just fine.

Thanks for any help
