This morning my engine just stop on me. I made a complete stop and the engine just shutdown. Radio was working. I was able to restart the car. I went to a parking lot and put the car in Park. I stepped on the gas pedal for a few seconds to get the rpm up to about 4kRPM, I released my foot and the rpm went back to 0 and the engine went dead on me. If I start the car normally and drive with a gradual stopping speed then my car will not have an issue. I think it is a sudden stop or a drop in RPM that cause the engine not to respond.

It did a search and it could be a few things: ISC, IAC, FITIV..Something, etc.

Is there any tutorial on how to clean the ISC, IAC for the a 98 honda accord 4 cycl.?

It it possible due to a broken fuse. Check the fuses related to ignition system.

I see no light engine on. When the engine stops I just get the red light indicator which is for the door opened, SRS.
