Honda-bond exhaust question.
I have the original exhaust on my 6th gen. 196k miles. there's a small crack just behind the cat. possible to use honda-bond to 'bond' exhaust cracks?

Honda bond will burn right off. If your looking for a temp fix use muffler patch it comes in a paste form. Kragens or Napa Auot parts should have it.

I thought honda-bond was more for gaskets?
Anyways, I've heard of people patching cracks in their exhaust/header with JB Weld, so I'm sure something like that could work (temporarily).

Re: (f23accord)
its a 98 (6th gen i think) bought it with 189k and drove from east to west and back this summer(about 8k total). drive and runs like new. the exhaust appears new--no rust, less the small crack behind cat. anyone looking for a 98 5spd 4 door black lx? i'd sell........
