I had this issue until recently, it would bog down while AC was on. Felt like it was going to stall...idling @4-500RPM. I made sure that both fans were running when the ac was on, and ac was at proper pressure(Not overcharged).
My problem turned out to be the IACV was dirty. All I did was pop loose the two bolts...let the iacv hang loose, then clean it out with carb cleaner(Dont loose the gasket. I did not take off the electrical or the coolant hoses. The screen was partially clogged. I put a pretty good amount of cleaner in the ports...then after the screen was clean, i bolted it back up. She now idles perfect...you can feel teh ac kick on, but it doesnt bog the engine at all...stays at 750-800 constant.

Re: Honda Accord 94 , stalls when stopped and A/C is on.
I was just looking at my car while the AC was on and noticed that my radiator fan wasn't spinning. looked at the fuse and it was blown. Popped in a new one and as soon as the fan was supposed to turn on the fuse popped again. Changed the relay and replaced the fuse and same thing happened. I tried to spin the fan by hand and it wouldn't turn... toasted fan motor... must have happened on Friday going up the 5... surprised I made it this far...
So I replaced the fan motor, relay, and fuse but now notice that the fan doesn't turn on intermittently like it used to. Any Ideas what this could be, possibly the temp sensor?
