Default Help with automatic transmission trouble codes

Good evening. My transmission is acting like first and second gear are not engaging. In order to get the car rolling forward I have to put the transmission selector lever in 1. This gives me enough torque to get rolling. When I upshift to 2 and 3 the transmission does not shift gears. When I upshift to 4 the transmission will finally shift gears. I got it home and pulled the codes using the sport light and the blue connector in the passenger footwell behind the kick panel. I got codes 1,2,3,5,7,8, and 14. The code list for my transmission is as follows according to MAD_MIKE:

1. Solenoid Valve A Lockup Control
2. Solenoid Valve B Lockup Control
3. TPS*D4 may or may not light*
4. VSS
5. Console Switch
6. Console Switch *D4 does not light*
7. Solenoid Valve A Shift Control
8. Solenoid Valve B Shift Control
9. NC sensor
10. Thermo sensor
11. Ignition Coil *D4 does not light*
12. Not Used
13. Non Specific, Possibly BARO sensor.
14. FAS-wire *D4 does not light*
15. NM sensor *D4 does not light*

Before I start buying parts that I don't need has anyone out there encountered a similar problem, and what was the fix.
Thanks in advance for all your help.

If your car is a 90-93 model I would pull the TCU open it and look for any burnt resistors or leaking capacitors. A well known issue with early 90s TCU.
I'm a bit surprised at the FAS wire issue, check that the harness connection pins are not corroded, loose, damaged, misssing, etc.

Update 1. I pulled the Transmission Control Unit (TCU) and started looking for burnt resistors and leaking capacitors. I also broke a nine pin component getting the plastic tab in the middle of the board loose. Home mechanics be careful with that middle tab. No big deal it is 40 cents on the internet. I found one resistor that looks like it got hot. I need the car on the road so I will go the junk yard, buy a TCU and see if that fixes the problem. Then I will buy the two components I need for my TCU. Update 2 to follow.

Update 2. I got a TCU from my favorite junkyard for $32.18 (they have five Honda Accord Station Wagons all lined up together) out of a 1992 EX Wagon, plugged it in to my car, and problem solved. Update 3 will be my repairs to the original TCU.
