Gas Fuel Injectors Effective?

I see the gas fuel improver and fuel system cleaner at local car stores, is this worth buying?

every once and a while it is worth it to flush your fuel system and injectors. Helps keeps emission's down and your car running smooth. Just make sure to read directions and FOLLOW THEM. there have been threads posted about people with troubles because they didnt know how to read directions.
