It depends... is it the F20b or the F20c? If it is the F20b, that came in the Accord wagon in Japan and Europe I think, pretty much a destroked H22. The F20c came in the S2000, and that motor will not work in our Accord chassis. If you are looking for a DOHC head swap, you might want to look at the JDM F22b, the H22a, or the H23a. Those might yield better results, but probably require more work. If you go for the USDM F22b, just swap an F22b1. That is a great, strong motor that holds boost very well.

Re: F22 and F20 Question (90AccordTx)
Ok, a search would have easily yielded answers to these questions.
F20B = Out of Accord SIR. Most of them come out of the UK.
F22 = Out of 92-96 Prelude Si.
Found here and it took me all of 30 seconds: http://www.integra.orcon.net.nz/engines
Do a little more research and I'm sure you'll come up with the answers to your other questions.

Re: (90AccordTx)
F22 Honda Prelude Si 1992-1996 - (I believe this is the JDM version, hence just the F22 with no other letters).
F22A1 Honda Prelude S 1992-1996
H23A1 Honda Prelude SE/Si 1992-1996
