Bought this car for a 100 bucks put new brakes and rotors and master cylinder on it and tires and battery I was hopping the rpm jump that it’s doing where it’s going from idle to jumping rpm’s was from a vaccum leak in the master cylinder the PGM FI light is on it’s still doing it any ideas on what it is

cars got less than 150k miles been sitting for about 4-5yrs as soon as I got the car I put some oil in it haven’t done a oil change yet and some new gas and injector cleaner and she started up first try but been doing this rpm jump sometimes it doesn’t do for a little bit then it’s right back at it
