Default electrical lighting turn signal and hazard issues

Ok I am going to try to make this as detailed as possible. I drive a 1994 honda accord ex maual. One day while driving my turn signals, hazards and dash lights went out! checked the fuses and the one under the dash is blown and under the hood. I replaced them and they kept breaking. I replaced them once more and then i smelt a funny smell and saw a small amout of smoke come from the drivers side vent and the passenger side vent near the windsheild. From that point when I pushed the hazard button the highbeams would come on and stay on even if i turn off the car and remove the key the highbeams stay on. I replaced the relay under the hood and this fixed that problem but my hazards and turn signals still dont work. I went to the honda dealer and bought a new hazard relay and replaced it and the fuses once more. Now I can hear the clicking when i put the hazards on but the arrow lights in the cluster dont light and the hazards dont work but instead my whole cluster gets dim in timing with the clicks from the hazards. Also the right turn signal arrow on the cluster remains constantly on without flashing and now the rear turn signal stays on constant without flashing as well. I am out of ideas and I really dont want to pay a mechanic an arm and a leg to figure it out. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? also I replaced my bumper but never put in the bumper lights and one of the sockets for these ripped off while driving. I seperated the wires and capped them off thinking maybe this was touching and causing the problem but still nothing. I need help. Please any suggestions?

Did you ever get any responses on your problem? Cause I experienced the same thing. 1992 Honda Accord, about an hour and a half from my destination after a seven hour drive, the blinker starts ticking even though it was in the off position, and then the right turn signal wouldn't shut off and then eventually the hazards were blinking the whole rest of the way. I started to smell plastic burning which I can only suspect is the electrical wiring casing. I had nothing to do but proceed with the journey so I hope the damage isn't too extensive or expensive. Please let me know what you experienced as far as fixing the problem goes. Thanks.
