Dipstick tube leak revisited
I was happy to find out that my big oil leak was just a loose dipstick tube. I assumed it was something more serious. I read to put JBweld in it or buy a new Honda dipstick tube. The second option seemed better. It didn't fix anything and now I can't pass an inspection. I added a second O-ring in it, and it doesn't wobble anymore but still leaks. I am wondering if it is really just a matter of plugging this or if there is some pressure in my engine or something blowing it out. The leak has gotten worse over time. My PCV rattles good.
I have a 2001 4 cyl. accord.
