Starting problem
Every once in a while I try to start my car and nothing at all happens, no radio, lights, nothing. I then pop the hood, pour a little coke on the positive terminal, try to start it again and I get a rapid fire clicking sound(roommate said this is my alternator), once it is able to click, the radio and lights are able to work. It usually takes a few more attempts to get it to start and then it runs fine. This happens regardless of if I have recently(within a week or so) cleaned the corrosion from my terminals and everything.

To really tell if the battery is bad, you gotta do a hydrometer(Specific Gravity) test which I don't think most people know what it is. If it's got 75% state of charge, you then do the load test. If its below 75% state of charge base on what the specific gravity gave you, you then do the 3 min charge test. All this will tell you if you have weak or bad battery.
But yeah, like mentioned above, get a new ground wire.
