crankshaft pulley bolt keeps coming loose
i am buying this car from a guy down the road and so far everything is in great condition......its a 97 handa accord ex with the vtec engine....i tighten down the bolt and turn the car on and it comes loose and the belts fly off.....i got some locktite blue and a lockwasher the other day and was able to get it to hold for about 2 days....but i noticed my belts were loose and went to tighten them up but after starting the car the bolt came loose again....i went ahead and put the stuff back on and left the belts a tad loose and now its fine and the bolt will stay tight but i cant leave the belts that way....is there a special way to snug this thing up or ??

Just in case you're not already using it, you will NEED the special tool in order to tighten the bolt to the appropriate torque (181 ft.lbs as tim73 mentioned).
I rented one from one of my local after-market part retailers.
Look up Honda Crankshaft pulley tool and you'll see what I'm referring to...or better yet, check this out:
Performance Tool W83168 - Crankshaft Pulley Tool | O'Reilly Auto Parts
If you're doing it by hand, you'll also need an [I]extra[I] jackstand on which to rest your super-long ratchet extension while you jump on the ratchet (not really - don't actually "jump" on it, but you'll need to get a cheater bar or something that will give you a lot of leverage).
