changing MT fluid in '94 accord (plus dist cap question)
My manual tranny is not grinding but it's a little rough when shifting so I want to replace the fluid. Should I go get MT fluid from a Honda dealer or is there a fluid at O'Reilly or Napa that will work? Also, I will need two crush washer replacements, one for the drain bolt and one for the fill bolt, correct? What are the torque specs for these two bolts when I reinstall them with new crush washers?
My second question is about the distributor cap... When you remove the cap and reinstall it, do you have to replace the little spring/lock washers on the 3 bolts that hold the cap on, or can they be reused? What about when you actually replace the cap with a new one? Btw the bolts on my dist cap actually come out, they aren't fixed to the cap like some are.

honda mt fluid is the best .. it has special friction modifiers its worth the slightly higher cost by a mile
you are overthinking the cap issues .. none of those are issues so dont worry
