Default Buzzing sound abs light
When I start my car there is a loud buzzing noise comming from unde rthe hood on the drivers side. After it stops the abs light comes on. 1997 accord 4cyl. any suggestions.

I'd start with checking the brake fluid level in the abs unit.

If that is fine then I would get the codes.

You probably have an over-run DTC due to a low fluid level as a result of a leaking ABS accumulator o-ring.

using my 95 as a ref...Black, quater size rubber plug on abs unit, under that is a clear plug-remove it. Fill, Slowly, till at the Max mark on res.

Mine does the same thing. I have a 94 accord ex and it will make the buzzing sound, then after about 10-15 seconds it quits, the light comes on and the noise stops.

Did honda ever redesign that ABS pump? Mine does the same thing.
I also did all the troubleshooting mentioned above.
