Default Bleeding brakes on 1990 Accord

Can someone tell me how to bleed the brakes on a 1990 Accord - I just installed a new MC and now I guess I need to bleed the brakes because the pedal goes to the floor

Get a 20 oz. bottle and fill it 1/2 way with dot 3 brake fluid. Then run a hose from the bleeder valve to the bottle & submerge it in the fluid so no air gets into the system while you're bleeding it. Fill the MC to the max level with fluid. All four wheels need bled. Start with the right rear, then left front, left rear & right front. Pump the brake pedal and have someone hold it down to the floor or use something to wedge the pedal down. While the pedal is pushed to the floor, open the bleeder valve about a 1/4 turn and let the air out. Keep repeating until there are no air bubbles and its just straight fluid. Then move to the next wheel. The most important part is to check the master cylindar every couple turns of the bleeder and MAKE SURE IT DOESNT RUN DRY OF FLUID. If the MC runs dry, you'll have to start all over again. Let me know if you have any questions.

I left off this responce on another thread, but it applies here as well. Although it's a proceedure for flushing the system; it is (in effect) the proceedure for bleeding:

There are two methods of properly changing out the fluid in either the Brake or Clutch systems (same bad issues apply).
Both share the same order by which each wheel cylinder / caliper is bled.
You always start with the furthest component and end with the closest.
It would be:
Right Rear
Left Rear
Right front
Left Front

You would pump / refill the system one of two ways:
Three Person method:
One manning the Brake Pedal
One manning the cylinder to be bled
and One observing Fluid levels in the Master Cylinder

The proceedure works like this:
Top off the M/C reservoir.
1) Person manning pedal pumps the pedal several times and holds it on the floor
2a) Person stationed at furthest Cylinder opens bleeder screw, allowing air / fluid to escape.
2b) Person stationed at furthest Cylinder closes bleeder screw.
3) Person manning pedal pumps the pedal several more times and holds it on the floor again)
4a) Person stationed at furthest Cylinder opens bleeder screw, allowing air / fluid to escape again.
4b) Person stationed at furthest Cylinder closes bleeder screw again.
Repeat this until the pedal gets firm and no escaping air is present.
Repeat proceedure at remaining three positions.
It won't be so involved once the first cylinder is bled. There will be minimal air in the other lines.

or the much simpler
Single person method:
Power Flush Machine (w/reservoir)
One person bleeding the cylinders

In both proceedures, the cylinders are bled until clear fluid is witnesed at the bleeder.
