j series talk
i have been reading on the j series and im wandering how hard this swap would be? what would you run 3.2 or 3.5? is there any advantage with the 3.2 heads on the 3.5/3.7 block? are they reliable like the good ol "f" block? do they like to be boosted by a turbo or supercharger?

not really common at all considering the 4 cyl chassis is not built like the 6 cyl one. just buy an accord with a 6 cyl in it or google it.
or build and boost the f
or build and boost the f

Re: j series talk
Has nothing to do with it handling the tq. the bay is laid out differently and it has different dimensions. It's more or less the amount of time and effort required to shoehorn a V6 into the 4 cylinder Accord, isn't worth it. If some guy wants to drop one into a Civic or a Teg that's great. You can't buy a V6 Civic/Teg off the showroom floor. Most Accord owners that want a V6. Buy a V6 Accord, then if you want to talk about doing a J35 with a 6 spd swap, by all means do so.

Re: j series talk
well lets say it is a v-6 accord....how hard would the swap be whats the pros and cons of owning a j-swap? it looks like there is a little after market world for them but im sure it will pick up once people start buying the j more are they easy to get power put of? can you turn the rev limiter up to say 7k maybe 7,500?

Re: j series talk
you bumping this thread will not get anything done. what ghost said was all that needed to be said. the swap is possible but not worth the time and money. cheaper to buy a v6 accord. but why switch to v6 anyways? the 4cyl has plenty of aftermarket opportunities.
lets say it is a v6 accord...if it already is then what are we even talking about
