AC Compressor help, 3rd gen

I need to replace the ac compressor on my 3rd gen. I found two on ebay. One is used and looks similar to the one on my car the other is a remanufactured one that due to the angle I am not sure if it is the same or not. It seems bigger. Here are the two links if someone can advise me, I would appreciate it.
