While I can't speak for that tranmission specifically, the one on it's newer "version" in the CD Accords F22B1 with whatever tranny that one is it is similar to picture number 2.
Take off the passenger wheel and at the bottom of the tranmission housing you should see a bolt that looks like that. The from the orientation of everything it looks like you're pointing to the correct one.

All I know is that the second pic shows the correct drain plug on the 5spd Accord tranny. I'm not sure on the first one, thought it may be an Automatic? I've never pay attention to the Auto's drain plug.

The auto's drain plug looks the same - It's a bolt that requires a ratchet (without a socket) in order to remove it. As best as I can recall, they all face the passenger side.

If you haven't done it yet, here is a "how to" thread on changing your manual transmission fluid. It's pretty basic but the pictures will help you.
https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-accord-1990-2002-2/manual-transmission-fluid-change-info-6th-generation-2567087/
Be sure to loosen both bolts while the car is on all four wheels, the thread will give you pics of what to look for. Loosen... don't remove. Then jack up the car, remove the front passenger tire, and remove the drain plug while you have a catch pan under it. Remove the fill plug too then and the fluid will come out.
It would be much easier to get leverage to loosen those bolts from underneath while the car is on all four wheels. The alternative would be to jack up the car first, remove the tire, then go at the bolts with 20" or 22" of extensions...

I don't bother removing the wheel; tape a funnel to the fender and snake a tube down to the fill hole.
