Icon2 99 Accord 2.3 vtec no start issue HELP!

I bought a 99 Accord.Iit has basically been sitting for 6-7 years. I bought it from a guy knowing it needed a transmission. It was in his barn for about 5 years, and it took me 2 years to get the title. While I owned it for the two years I had my brother (a mechanic) put a used transmission in it. Started just fine when I received it 2 years ago. When I first received it I replaced the distributor cap, plugs, and wires just for a tune up (Keep in mind it was running at the time). I should also note it sat for about a year after putting the transmission in (had to push it into the garage and out of the garage because it wouldn't start). Now, to the fun stuff. We replaced the Crank Shaft Positioning Sensor, Timing Belt, and Water Pump. With no luck. Next I replaced the Ignition Coil. That started after cranking for about 5-10 seconds. After the car is started, you can turn it off and back on again and no issues. Starts right up, perfectly like any other car. Once it sits for 12+ hours it is a b**** to start. It will start 40% of the time by just cranking over and over and over. Eventually it will start, and pour out white smoke out of the tailpipe, but once it's started it is good. My mechanic and I have diagnosed that it is getting weak spark. In response to this I have replaced the rotor inside of the distributor, tried another new ignition coil, and a new battery. Still has low spark and does not want to start when it sits. It is getting fuel, and I just had the ignition recall from 2003 done to it a couple days ago at a Honda dealership. It had about a half of a tank of fuel in it when I received it (still 5-6 year old fuel) I put a bottle of Seafoam in it as well as 6 gallons of 91 Octane. I got it started and drove it rather hard for 100 miles, to burn some of the fuel up. Just added info as this should not impact the low spark issue. The only thing I haven't replaced is the entire Distributor.

Now I know this is a lot to handle, but I wanted to be as detailed as possible to rule out any possibilities. Please help as this has turned into a nightmare!
