98 accord with H22a1 swap already done need help...
I have 98 accord and H22a1 swap was done about 6 months ago. I can't recall if it had this problem from the beginning but my front tires are vibrating only when I press on the gas pedal. I haven't done alignment after the swap. I can tell my rotor is getting warped (it vibrates when I press on the break). I used 98 accord manual driver-side axle and 98 intermediate shaft and 98 passenger axle. But it's weird that when I let go on the gas pedal and just cruise, vibration goes away. It's only a small vibration but it's enough to annoy me. I also noticed that when I go uphill and around turns (going pretty fast) I hear a loud knocking noise coming from driver side. I checked the axle and the boots but I see no visible damage or leaks. Is it possible that I have driver side axle backwards? Is that possible? I don't know what to do. Why would car vibrate only when I press on the gas pedal? Can someone help me? thanks

Re: 98 accord with H22a1 swap already done need help... (I got the CD5 Jeebies!)
Thanks man... I'll try that... I agree, it is over-rated. I beat a VW vr6 today though. but that's about it. I wouldn't recommend people to do it. Just turbo your F23 motor. Less money, more gain. I spent about $5k for all the swap. most of them spent converting auto to manual but still not worth it. $2300 for JDM motor and tranny. timing belt, water pump, spark plug, time spent to find parts, wire harness (need us harness), belts, hours or days of not having a car, axles, intermediate shift, shift linkage, pedals, header, welding, power steering pressure line have to be cut and welded, and all the little things that go wrong, like cruise control... ahh.... could've fully built my motor and put a turbo for same price. I would've got more horse power gain too. oh well, what's done is done. Thanks anyways.
