Default 97 ex f22b moniters still NOT ready. PLEASE HELP!!

Hey guys i have a 97 accord ex f22b 5spd. went for inspection recently and failed due to 4 OBD monitors not being ready. The 4 monitors that i can not get to set are the Catalyst, Evaporative System, Oxygen Sensor, and EGR System.

I put the car through a the standard OBD2 drive cycle and they still did not set. After that i had the ECU unplugged and plugged back in and put around 100 miles or so on the vehicle in hopes of reseting the computer, but that still didnt do it, and i have no clue what to do now. i replaced one of the o2 sensors to get the check engine light to turn off before i went through the the drive cycles but not sure if that would have anything to do with it.

i was thinking maybe a new ECU and or Cat (since they are emission related problems) but not sure if that would fix the problem. i no longer have a temp inspection and really need to fix my car so any help and information would be greatly appreciated, thanks

fix your codes you have first then try to set readiness codes, the power memory wire for your ecu could be busted and reseting your readiness codes everytime you shut your car off. i know older civics had that issue. i would fix your codes first and go from there

yes there was one code for an O2 sensor but i replaced it and the code cleared and the check engine light is off so it has nothing to do with codes its just the monitors now

ok well i don't have the accord electrical manual with me right now, i'll check what wire is your ecu memory wire. also theres a fuse that controls ecu memory as well in the underhood fuse box it will say radio and backup on it check that. i've never heard of that wire going on a accord but if you've had that harness out or a possible rodent problem who knows
