97 Accord Transmission shifts jerky between some gears
I got this car a few months ago.
The only thing I haven't figured out is the transmission.
It seems to not shift right.
At one point it didn't seem to know which gear to be in when it was about 45 mph. Sort of like it was at a speed in between gears.
It seems like now mostly it shifts hard, usually when down shifting from 3rd to 2nd.
The car has 127k on it.
I am pretty sure that the transmission has been rebuilt or replaced in the past as the current tranny gas some paint pen marks on it.
I measured one of the speed sensors and it checked out in spec.
The 2 shift solenoids both measured 32 ohms. According to the manual I read the ohms should be 12-24 ohms. Pretty low ohmage either way.
I couldn't seem to locate the other speed sensor connector.
I have also replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor.
Any ideas? I have no idea when the fluid was flushed.

Yup ~3 quarts for me. It's pricey, but once you try it, you wouldn't want to go back to regular ATF. It's great stuff. The only downside for some reason is that it turns dark easily, so you might want to be careful after you change it.
