97 Accord Timing Belt Parts and Advice
I have a 97 Accord SE 4cyl (Non-VTEC) with the Auto Trans.
I'm getting ready to change the Timing and Balancer belts and have a few questions.
1. Where is a good place to get quality parts at a reasonable price?
2. My Haynes manual says you need a tool that will hold the Crankshaft Pulley in place while you remove the bolt holding it on to the Crank. I've found one here but not sure its the correct version: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obi...&s=hi
3. I'm planning on replacing the timing belt, balancer belt, water pump, head cover seal, and accessory drive belts. Should anything else be changed? I've seen some indicate that the tensioners normally don't need replacing. Opinions?
Any other advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
