Default what ecu to use?

i am looking to change my obd2 to an obd1 so i can use the eeprom function chip to help tune my 1999 honda accord with an f20b6 engine in it is it any ecu that is obd1 that will do this once its chipped or doe sit need to be a specific model of ecu as there are quite a few different P numbers floating around ebay such as P28,P30 etc would one from a prelude work once chipped etc i am quite new to the remapping side of life so any insight is greatly appreciated

If your unfamilier with the whole tuning stuff I would suggest reading some information from Hondata's website- even if you dont go with Hondata for your ECU needs, the site has great basic information. I learned alot about ECU's and tuning from this site. They also have a list of compatible ECU's depending on your car, and for which ECU modification you decide to go with.
