Default 97 Accord (F22B2)

I need help....for some reason my car has a rough idle and sometimes throws the code for misfire cylinder 1, but if you give it a little throttle it seems to clear up. I have changed the Plugs, Wires, and valve cover gasket because the gromets were leaking oil into the plug area....any help would be awesome!

Check the distributor cap and maybe run a compression test on the engine.

When was the last time the valves were adjusted? These engines require regular valve clearance checks.
