Default 96 accord ex two questions

is the vibrating control solenoid that controls the fluid in the rear engine mount necessary? will removing it cause any harm to the engine other then having some extra vibrations under 1k rpms?

also what would be a good program i could buy to self tune the f22b1

i dunno much about the vacuum rear mount, but i would assume if honda designed it that way that without it would cause more vibration and other mounts to eventually wear faster.

what kinda of tuning are you doing, whats your setup?
