96 accord ELD problem p1298 code
so i have a p1298 code shooting now just replaced both o2 sensors and now im having the elecric load detector code shooting and i dont know how exactly to fix the problem i know the ELD is located on the circuit board in the engine bay closes to the firewall. Am i suppose to replace the whole fuse box or how to i get to the eld fuse on a 96 accord? thanks in advance guys

unplug the ELD from underhood fusebox
plug 820 ohm resistor into connector like this.
use the wires the red arrows are pointing to.
This will bypass the ELD system and fix your error code at the same time

My dad's 2001 Accord is having this same problem and I was wondering if the bypass from the previous post would help. If it does help, does anyone have the picture that was posted so I can use it as a reference?

You don't want to bypass it. It's a very important component of the charging system. It looks like your car has the eld built into the fuse box assembly. At the very least check around the nearest junkyards and ebay for another fuse box assembly.
