Default 95 Accord LX 2.2 ...rough idle, sputtering, stalling?????

Ok, I have had it....I just can't figure this one out. Here's the deal, my Accord has recently started having problems with it's idle after it is warmed up and has been driven for a while. Now, it doesn't always do this...some days it's fine.....some days it will start idleing rough after it gets up to operating temp. It's a little hard to explain...but let me tell you what I have done so far. I have changed the spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor as well as the air filter. I have cleaned the IACV, EGR valve, throttle body and fuel injectors. There is NO CEL. It kind of seems like it's misfiring or something because it idles normal, then sputters a little like it's missing. I tried to change the fuel filter, but it wouldn't come off of the hard line...so I have to take the car in to get it changed, but I did run some lucas fuel system cleaner through. When I turn the A/C on it gets worse especially when sitting at a stop light. It just sputters and even sputters when I'm accelerating sometimes. Could it be the ignition coil???? Fuel pump??? I just have no clue right now. I am going to try and video it soon...maybe that will help. Has anyone else had this same EXACT problem??? Please help me out here. Thanks

Have you checked your spark plug tubes for oil? The spark plug tube seals inside of the valve cover might be leaking oil and screwing with the grounding on your plugs (or just fouling them). They're easy to replace if that's the problem.

I have this exact same problem. Did you ever solve it?. I've changed the plugs, the wires, the distributor, had kwik car run a fuel injection service. The only thing i can think to do is to replace the injectors.

I would suggest checking your injector resistance before replacing them as they rarely fail and will cost a good bit for all four.
Resistance between the contacts should measure around 2.3 for peak and hold and 13-14 ohms for saturated.
I know my 96 has peak and hold but I'm not sure which the obd1 years are.

It would probably also be better to make a new post relevant to your problem instead of bumping a post made five years ago.
Good luck.
