Default 95' Accord EX Lifter noise

Im having a bit of lifter noise, not alot or anything to take away power, but its still there. I was just wondering if there was any way to get it to stop? Well... without changing lifters or anything. Any input would be really appreciated.

lifters are used in push rod motors, not over head cam motors. you are most likely due for a valve adjustment or have noisey injectors

Now would this service be covered free for me, since it was a defect per say? Or should i just call my usual service shop and get my valvles adjusted?
-Edit- I also noticed that u said it was for DX and LX models, well mine is an EX, will that affect it?
