Default 94 Honda accord water problem

I have a 1994 Honda Accord EX and I'm having some problems with water getting into the vehicle. Water comes in in three places- the trunk, under the dash on the passenger side and onto the driver seat from the top left part of the windshield. I have tried putting sealant on the windshield but that didn't work, water still comes in. Has anyone else had problems with the window or door seals on their honda? Also, I consulted a friend they said it could be my sunroof backing up and getting into my car but I'm not sure how that's possible from where it's coming in. If any one has any ideas or suggestions, I'd be greatful. Thank you.

Older Civics are known to leak in the trunk from around the taillights. Sometimes the seal gasket deterates around the mounting studs. After washing car try to determine which side or sides are the wet . On the passenger side, under the windshield wipers is the outside air intake for the heating ,cooling system. If leaves and debris get high enough to block the water from flowing around the opening, water could spill in side. Are you sure the water is not from a stopped up ac drain line. Most any windshield place will check a windshield for leaks for free. Or you can. Just spray a soapy solution on the out side of the glass seals and shoot compressed air around the edges on the inside. If you see bubbles forming, you found a leak.
Have never troubleshot sun roof leaks, but , for sure , if the drain lines are plugged up, water will have to go somewhere. You may have to pour a cup of water on each side of the sunroof and see if it drains. I cleaned one out years ago on a VW with a small piece of wire........

I have the same problem with the top left part of the windshield. My sunroof drains aren't clogged.
