Icon2 93 accord sputtering

I have a 93 accord with 103,xxx on it. After it warms up, it will sometimes shutter while idling not a constant bouncing or anything just when it feels like it. It's not enough to stall but enough so you can feel it and see the tac. drop like 200 RPM or so. Also when I accelerate from a stop it will sputter until it hits about 2500 rmp or so then it will almost feel like it's catching. I thought fuel filter but the problem with that is that when I punch it, it will haul ***. It only sputters when starting from a dead stop.

Additional information:

The problem is worse when the air conditioner is on.
I am throwing a CE code 41 and a transmission code 9
could either of these cause my problem?

thanks in advance for any advice

I know this doesn't help because I have the same issue you are having, it feels like it comes to life around 3000rpm on mine. code 41 is oxygen sensor which sounds relevant. I think my catalytic may be plugged. I would check the wires first and if you think the sensor itself is bad, I would go with the Denso over the Bosch. I have heard a lot of bad things about the Bosch units.

Update:
I replaced my o2 sensor which took care of the CEL and it seemed to be better at first but now It's just as bad should I change the fuel filter next? Plugs and wires? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No. No CEL now. I also pulled the distributor cap off and replaced the rotor because it was missing the metal clip thing that holds it tight so it was a little loose that didn't do much to help it though.

First I will state this is a guess, being honest here. So take it for what it is worth.

Have the egr ports been cleaned. After re-reading this the issue comes "only" after it warms up.

In the FAQ you can find the procedure. Should be the gen with "plugs" on the intake runners.
