All of a sudden (after jacking up to change a flat tire) the car will NOT start. When turning key to "START" you do get relays to click under the dash just below coin tray (starter relay ?) and then on the lower left kick panel fuse / relay holder...

All fuses check good. If I jumper +12V to the starter terminal / blade tab, the car will start and run fine. Can the relays be clicking and not be closing the contacts of the starter circuit ?

Could be, have a friend try to start the car and measure the voltage on the wire going to the solenoid.

I tried that and 0 Volts. There is more than one clicking relay under the dash. I can feel them. And fuses check OK. Stumped. Unless a relay is clicking and not making the 12V contact connection.

Try jumping the relay. Use a paper clip and put each end into the terminals on the connector where the switch is and try starting it. If that works then the relay is shot.

And also do a voltage drop test from the positive terminal of the battery to the starter.
