'91 Lx taking in water
Hey,
After it rains I find myself with a small puddle, literally, on the passengers side floor of the car. Mainly the rear passenger floor but the front passenger floor is quite wet. I just found out that the rubber gasket for the rear taillights aren't filling in the gap so I'm going to replace them. But i don't think that would lead to a puddle being in the car. The heater core isn't leaking. From my investigation, my guess is from behind the glove compartment box but that's a guess. My weatherstripping looks good on the doors.
Does anyone have any idea of what or where I can do?

Re: '91 Lx taking in water (eWock)
Just found out that when I pour water on the right side(looking from sitting inside the car) of the car, I pulled the carpet up and there is water leaking ever so slowly where the computer on the passenger floor is. I really can't see exactly where the water is leaking in but I know its coming out from over there. Any suggestions??
Thanks.
Thanks.

Yeah, only when it rains will water appear inside the car. I can turn the heater on with no problem no leaking. It seems like water gets in the firewall or something. I remember getting the windshield replaced so could there be something going on there??

OK!! I found it, it was a crack. I had to take the wipers off and the plastic piece underneath it. Its where the water is runs off to the side of the car. Its hard to explain exactly where but its in that region. So I put a bunch of silicone adhesive in and on and around the crack so we'll see how it works otherwise I'm going to jb weld it.
Thanks.
Thanks.
